The technical parameters of forklift is an important basis to measure the performance and scope of application of forklift, the following are some common technical parameters of forklift:
1. Rated Lift Capacity (Rated Load Capacity): the maximum load weight that the forklift can safely handle.
2. Load Center Distance (Load Centre): when the forklift is loaded with goods, the distance from the center of gravity of the goods to the front wall of vertical section of the forks, which influences the stability and load capacity of the forklift.
3. Maximum Lift Height (Maximum Lift Height): the maximum vertical distance from the upper plane of forklift forks to the ground, indicating the highest position to which the forklift can lift the goods.
4. Free Lift Height (Free Lift Height): the height to which the forklift forks can be lifted when the forklift has not raised the gantry.
5. Mast Tilting Angle (Mast Tilting Angle): the height to which the forklift can be lifted without raising the gantry.
6. Mast Tilting Angle (Mast Tilting Angle): the tilting angle of the forklift's gantry outside the vertical direction, which affects the stability of the cargo.
7. Maximum Lift/Lowering Speed (Maximum Lift/Lowering Speed): the maximum speed of the forklift when lifting or lowering the forks.

How to resolve forklift leakage
I. Internal leakage:
Commonly caused by the forklift hydraulic cylinder lifting powerless or can not be lifted, the fork slides down and the gantry tilts forward on its own and other faults. Causes of internal leakage and methods of elimination:
(1) excessive wear gap between the valve stem and the valve body
Due to the long-term use of the distribution valve or the oil is not clean, etc. to speed up the valve stem and valve body wear, damage the sealing surface, resulting in oil leakage. Repair if the valve stem wear is light, the valve stem can be chrome-plated polished; if the valve stem wear is serious, it needs to be replaced
(2) between the valve body oil leakage
Seal failure, resulting in internal leakage; installation of the valve body performance damage or O-ring aging or damage, under the action of oil pressure, between the valve body is also prone to internal leakage.
If the valve body is damaged, it is necessary to grind, replace the O-ring, and tighten the bolts according to the order and torque requirements.
(3) Multi-way reversing valve stem can not be reset
If the valve stem can not be reset, the groove and the oil channel, it will produce internal leakage.
First, due to deformation or damage to the valve stem reset spring, the spring force is reduced and can not make the valve stem back to its original position, the repair must replace the spring;
Secondly, the valve body and the valve stem is not clean, resulting in greater resistance, so that the valve stem reset difficulties, the repair must be cleaned inside the multi-way directional valve, to eliminate resistance.
Second, the valve body leakage
Valve stem and valve body sealing by O-ring to achieve, if the seal is aging or damaged, under the action of the system pressure hydraulic oil will flow along the valve stem, resulting in oil leakage valve body. Troubleshooting only need to replace the O-ring seal can be.
