12 Ton Electric Fork Truck

Equipped with an INMOTION controller and imported motor, the 12 ton electric fork truck is designed with two sets of high-capacity batteries and comes with an automatic charging system. Through a side-pull design of the large electric forklift, the batteries can be replaced easily and safely. In addition, the advanced dual motor driving and dual pump power system ensure compact structure, improving driving and climbing performance with greater torque and higher power output. With fully AC lead-acid batteries, its average lifespan is approximately three years. With proper maintenance, it has the potential to exceed this time frame .

For the construction of the electric forklift, the control lever is installed near the edge of the seat and the seat armrest is installed on the battery cover to make easy and comfortable operations. The non-slip surface of the interior plastic mat guarantees operator security during entry and exit and prevents overheating or excessive cold in extreme weather conditions. Additionally, the electric lift truck features LED light tubes, providing brighter illumination and ensuring personnel security in unfavorable weather.

Compared to those with smaller opening angles, the cover of the 12 ton electric fork truck has a wide opening angle of 90°, convenient for maintenance. The detachable side cover and the tilt cabin further simplify inspection and basic repairs.
