The reasons for choosing three-pivot electric forklift may include the following aspects:

1. High space utilization: Due to its unique structural design (the front two wheels are driving wheels and the rear one is supporting wheel), three-pivot electric forklift has a small turning radius and can work flexibly in narrow aisles, which is especially suitable for space-restricted warehousing environments and improves the utilization of warehouse space.

Specialized Packaging: -Package with special forklift trucks marine wooden crates or steel frames to provide external physical protection against collisions, scratches and seawater erosion. -Extra foam, bubble wrap or sponge wrapping of vulnerable parts of the forklift (e.g. control panels, hydraulic lines, mirrors, etc.) to provide cushioning protection.

2. Fixing and tying: -Use special fastening straps, chains or steel cables to fix the forklift firmly in the box or frame to prevent the equipment from shifting due to shaking during transportation. -If necessary, use wooden wedges or braces to support the forklift internally to prevent the equipment from sliding or tipping inside the box.

3. Anti-rust treatment: -Apply anti-rust treatment to the surface of the forklift, such as applying anti-rust oil or wrapping anti-rust film, to prevent the metal parts from rusting under the marine humid environment. -Waterproof sealing of electrical parts to prevent short circuit caused by moisture intrusion.

4. Equipment cleaning: - Thoroughly clean the forklift before transportation to remove grease, dust, etc. to avoid rusting or contamination of other goods during transportation.
