During the visit, LTMG and Khadrel LLC engaged in friendly discussions on market trends for construction machinery in the Middle East region. They also reviewed details of their past collaborations and completed a technical guidance session to help Khadrel LLC serve its end customers better.

During the conversation, Hassan, the manager of Khadrel LLC, expressed his satisfaction with LTMG products, particularly a batch of excavators purchased recently. He remarked that the excavators boasted impressive power and received compliments due to the strong performance of the main and auxiliary arms. Last month, Khadrel LLC sold a batch of 23-ton crawler excavators and received praise from many customers.

Besides, Hassan also raised a feedback that some excavators in their factory had abnormal wear on certain parts. The LTMG team quickly investigated the issue and found that inappropriate lubricating oil was used during routine maintenance of the excavators. Given that Iranian summers are characterized by high temperatures, the viscosity and fluidity of the ordinary lubricating oil were affected, which led to decreased performance. Additionally, some front-line employees were improperly adding lubricating oil, exceeding the upper limits indicated by the oil dipstick. This combination of factors meant that the lubricating oil did not provide adequate protection for the machines, but instead increased component wear, resulting in unnecessary expenses.

With the help of LTMG's technical personnel, the appropriate lubricants were replaced, and the remaining excavators underwent thorough cleaning and maintenance. Justin emphasized the importance of regular cleaning, maintenance, and adherence to proper operational procedures to significantly improve the excavators' lifespan, so it’s important for everyone to follow the product's operation manual diligently.

To help Khadrel LLC maintain and sell its equipment more effectively, the LTMG technical team designed a set of daily maintenance guidelines specifically for them. Hassan expressed his gratitude, commending the LTMG team for providing attentive and considerate service that exceeded their expectations.
