In November 2023, LTMG dispatched a team of experts to Azerbaijan to support AZER Company in the construction and evaluation of container reach stackers, guaranteeing the smooth functioning of the machinery at Gence Port in Azerbaijan.

On the 20th of November, at 11:00 a.m. local time, the LTMG technical team reached the Gence Port in Azerbaijan. In order to facilitate transportation due to the large volume and significant quantity of equipment, it was necessary to disassemble it. To ensure a smooth assembly process, the LTMG technical team collaborated closely with AZER engineers in the tasks of unloading, counting, verifying, and categorizing the various parts. Additionally, they meticulously devised assembly instructions and procedures for performance testing. Wang Hao, the leader of the LTMG Technical Team, affirmed that despite the disassembly for transportation, precautions such as careful packaging and protective measures were taken for each component. The team anticipated that the entire assembly process would be finalized within a span of 3 to 5 days.

However, the assembly process faced unexpected challenges in the form of several days of sudden rainfall and a drop in temperature. Despite these obstacles, the LTMG technical team, alongside AZER engineers, persisted in their efforts and successfully completed the assembly of the first container reach stacker, working through the rain. AZER engineers praised LTMG for their impressive professional skills and efficient work ethic, which played a crucial role in ensuring the seamless assembly of the container reach stackers.

On November 26th, after successfully completing their tasks, the LTMG technical team made preparations for their return journey. The leaders and engineers of AZER conveyed their heartfelt appreciation to the LTMG team, acknowledging that the container reach stackers had surpassed their expectations in terms of performance and quality.
