Check whether the hydraulic system of the off-road forklift is closed and whether the breathing hole is intact; Check the exposed part of the hydraulic part of the equipment to see if the seal is intact, such as the dust ring of the oil cylinder. If the particle size test of the oil meets the cleanliness requirements, dust pollution can be eliminated. It can be said that this is caused by an increase in hydraulic oil temperature. At this point, the hydraulic oil, return oil filter element, and off-road forklift radiator oil circuit should be replaced. It is important to maintain the hydraulic oil radiator according to regulations.
4. The black oil in the hydraulic system of off-road forklifts is not caused by dust, but by irregular grease filling.

White smoke emitted during off-road forklift exhaust: poor atomization and dripping of the atomizer. If the injection pressure is low, please check the nozzle parts for repair and replacement. Adjust the injection pressure to the specified range. When starting the diesel engine of an off-road forklift, each cylinder will not burn, and it is necessary to increase the speed and load appropriately to extend the operating time.

When off-road forklifts exhaust, blue smoke comes out: the air filter is blocked, the intake port is blocked, or there is too much oil leakage from the oil pan. The air filter should be removed and inspected to reduce the oil in the off-road forklift to the specified range. During the installation process, the chamfer direction of the piston ring is not enough, and oil will enter the combustion chamber. Therefore, we should remove the piston ring and replace it if necessary. Long term low load operation. The oil from off-road forklifts can easily seep into the combustion chamber, thereby increasing the load. We can choose a suitable power source and fill the oil pan with oil according to the scale of the dipstick.
