To enhance the leisure activities for employees, promote relaxation, and foster team unity, LTMG Xiamen Group Headquarters recently organized an engaging "frisbee" event at the picturesque Xiamen Tianzhu Mountain Yehao Camp in March 2024. The event saw participation from employees across various departments including R&D, Production, and International Trade.

Upon arrival at 11 a.m., employees immersed themselves in the scenic beauty of Xiamen Tianzhu Mountain Yehao Camp. Following a brief respite, participants were randomly grouped into 8 teams. Each team democratically selected a captain to lead them through the day's activities. Collaboratively, team members devised unique team names, crafted spirited slogans, and designed distinctive team flags, showcasing their creativity and camaraderie.

Guided by the coach, participants were briefed on the rules and safety measures of the frisbee game. Through a series of warm-up exercises, players honed their frisbee skills, immersing themselves in the joy of the sport.

With the sound of the whistle, the event commenced, filling the air with laughter and cheers as frisbees soared through the sky. Teams demonstrated exceptional teamwork, seamlessly passing frisbees with agility and precision, completing each relay with finesse.

In addition to traditional frisbee relays, the event featured creative challenges such as frisbee bowling, frisbee tic-tac-toe, and dodgeball, injecting excitement and camaraderie into the proceedings. As night descended, participants gathered for a barbecue and bonfire party, symbolizing the warmth and unity within the LTMG family.

Justin Zhang, Head of Group Headquarters, along with other leaders, kindled the bonfire, inspiring team members to embrace the new year with dedication and uphold LTMG's commitment to excellence in service and professionalism. Responding with resounding applause and genuine smiles, employees pledged to work cohesively and excel in their endeavors, ensuring a brighter future for LTMG.
