LTMG Shandong Factory, situated in the picturesque Tai’an City, organized a spring unforgettable spring trip for the employees to enhance their cohesion and teamwork spirit and provide an opportunity for relaxation of the body and mind. Mount Tai is a famous Chinese scenic spot, and the climb was a challenging yet exhilarating experience for all the employees.

On March 26, 2023, all employees gathered at the bottom of Mount Tai and participated in a collective warm-up game before beginning their climb. Throughout the climb, they encouraged and supported each other, showcasing an excellent teamwork spirit. Despite facing physical and will tests during the climb to the world's No. 1 peak, the employees helped each other and advanced hand in hand along the winding mountain road. Finally, at 3:00 p.m., all the staff reached the main peak of Mount Tai.

At the top of Mount Tai, the employees engaged in a series of team-building activities and enjoyed the magnificent and beautiful scenery. They sat around and shared their experiences and feelings, with many expressing that it was really enjoyable to participate in such an activity. They rarely have time to visit Mount Tai, this moment allowed everyone to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and the pressure of work, breathe freely, sweat, and build friendships.

The spring trip to climb the towering Mount Tai not only exposed employees to the beauty of nature but also strengthened their cohesion and teamwork spirit. All the employees expressed their glad for the meaningful experience and hoped for more such activities in the future.
