How To Maintain The Battery Of Electric Forklifts

Electric forklift manufacturers have high working performance. The main function is to transport goods. Reduced labor intensity. The use of new energy sources will not cause any pollution to the air during use. High work efficiency, saving a lot of manpower and material resources, and also saving costs. Its use is common in our current applications. It replaces the use of traditional internal combustion forklifts.
Electric forklift manufacturers' battery forklifts are actually electric forklifts, which use new types of power. Its architecture is equipped with a storage device, also known as a battery. Forklifts can use this new type of energy for operational work.

When using, pay attention to controlling ventilation, performance, and vehicle speed in some harsh working environments. If the driver does not slow down, it may cause safety accidents to the vehicle. Pay attention to the use of batteries and use constant current technology when charging. This can maintain charging, stabilize and avoid damage to the battery. Reduce the degree of battery aging.

During the charging and discharging process of electric forklift manufacturers' batteries, the water in the electrolyte will gradually decrease due to electrolysis and evaporation, resulting in a decrease in the electrolyte level. If not replenished in a timely manner, it may shorten the service life of the battery, and distilled water should be replenished in a timely manner. Do not use purified drinking water as it contains multiple trace elements, which can have adverse effects on batteries. When adding electrolyte or water, it should be noted that the electrolyte should be 10 to 15 millimeters higher than the electrode plate; For batteries with two red lines, the electrolyte should not exceed the upper red line. If the electrolyte is too full, it will overflow from the small hole in the battery cover. Once it flows between the positive and negative poles of the battery, a circuit self discharge will form. In this case, the electrolyte should be wiped off or rinsed with boiling water. If something accidentally falls into the electrolyte when adding it, do not use metal objects to catch it. Use a wooden rod to clip out impurities; If iron or copper wire is used to salvage, metal molecules will enter the battery under the corrosion of sulfuric acid, forming self discharge and damaging the battery. If the vehicle stops running for more than 20 days, the negative electrode wire of the battery should be removed to avoid leakage accidents.
