The large temperature difference in climate, exposure to sunlight and other factors lead to accelerated aging of rubber, easy loss of elasticity, cracks, and failure of self tightening springs. At this point, the oil seal effect will be lost, and qualified accessories will be replaced regularly according to the standard.

3. Tighten the bolts and nuts
After running off-road forklifts for a period of time, due to factors such as vibration, the nuts may become loose in some places. Therefore, regular inspections are needed to prevent the oil pan drain plug from tightening or loosening, causing a large amount of oil leakage, causing the bearing shells to burn out and hold the shaft.

4. Regularly check the unblocking of the check valve
The one-way valve mainly controls the exhaust gas involved in combustion, which is beneficial for environmental protection, reduces nitrogen oxide emissions, and ensures that the engine has sufficient power. After blockage, the temperature and pressure inside the vehicle body will increase, the resistance will increase, and the fuel economy will decrease. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly check the one-way valve for cleaning and unblocking.

5. Conduct main bearing tests on schedule
The main bearing is equivalent to the keel of an off-road forklift, and the off-road forklift relies on the appearance of the main bearing to ensure the safe operation of the main bearing, which can reduce safety hazards by more than 30%. The main bearing is the key to safety precautions.
