In the afternoon of 14th July 2023, 5 sets of LTMG container frontal cranes and forklift trucks which have just been completed were neatly lined up in the factory for the product delivery ceremony. Successfully passing the quality inspection and acceptance, they will soon be shipped to Kazakhstan to participate in the construction of the local port project. The delivery ceremony was attended by LTMG staff and the Kazakhstan customer's domestic agent.
Previously, the five container stackers have passed the professional testing and evaluation by the National Quality Inspection and Testing Centre for Lifting and Transportation Machinery, which includes mechanical structure, electrical system, hydraulic system and other related components. Through the inspection of measuring instruments, pressure test equipment, load test system and control system, the frontal crane's procedures are sensitive and the technical indexes are in line with the requirements. In the stability test and the test of overload detection and protection control system, these 5 machines are able to make a keen perception of the dynamic change of the load during the operation, and real-time alarm and automatic cut-off of the mechanical operation in case of overload. After careful testing by the staff, this batch of set products all meet the export standards.
At the delivery ceremony site, the agent and LTMG had a full communication. One of the agents spoke highly of the professionalism shown by LTMG and said that although there are other famous brands in the field of container frontal lifts in China, the products under LTMG are not inferior in terms of quality. This co-operation is full of expectation.
The front-end crane exported this time has excellent performance. It is equipped with advanced electrical control system and Can-bus communication technology, and the engine, gearbox, hydraulic system and other components are fully integrated in the Can-bus system, which is convenient for real-time monitoring of the equipment. The hydraulic system specially designed by Linde Hydraulics for the frontal crane has the advantages of high efficiency, low energy consumption and long service life. The Kazakhstani customer has high expectations of the product and is looking forward to its quick commissioning at the Port of Kuryk.
